To cover and promote all segment of people of the
rural community the Trust focused its vision on the formation of groups. The Trust also wished to provide
all development schemes for all kind of people viz Women, farmer and Youth and Adolescents. The Government
has been implementing several schemes but it did not reach the people successfully. In this context the Trust
is acting as a bridge between Government and the Rural community in bring the schemes and creating awareness
on their need base. A) SELF HELP GROUPS: The Trust has formed Self Help Groups to uplift of the poor rural
community both for men and women. In the beginning the Trust has formed 55 SHGs and in the next coming years
the number of SHGs had been increased steadily. The Trust believes the improvement of the people depends upon
their employment opportunity. So the Trust has come forward to provide various training and providing awareness
for various Government welfare schemes. The Trust has been exploring feasibility of the appropriate employment
opportunity for the rural community based on the resources available in the rural areas. The rural community had
fully responded for the initiatives taken by the Trust
